This is by far one of my partners and Is favorite places we have lived thus far Renting can be a bit anxiety inducing considering all the factors of neighbors management and maintenance Either one of those can make your living experience a nightmare The Hamptons have easily the BEST management we have ever had and we love the maintenance crew We live in a two bedroom apartment and it honestly feels like a little house Theyre very pet friendly and we almost never hear our neighbors Ron with maintenance has been so helpful with any repairs that come up and they have a 247 emergency maintenance line for anything that comes up after hours We would definitely recommend this place for any family or friends that are thinking of renting

I dont recommend this apartment complex to anyone The property management Houser Enterprises is a real pain to deal with I actually cannot believe this happened while I lived there One snowy day I was at work and I received multiple text messages and email asking me to go back and move my car from the complex parking lot immediately because they wanted to clean the snow between carsnnWhen I signed the lease there was an amendment in the lease indicating that the landlord was involved in a class action lawsuit by some of the previous tenants That should have been a huge red flag but I lived out of state at the time and didnt get a chance to look around Definitely look at other properties and stay away from this companynIf you did end up signing with them take a lot of pictures when you move out so you can use against them because they will withhold a big chunk of your deposit no matter how clean you leave the apartment And they argue with you on everything

Where I live now the area for smoking is up against the building and the smoke comes in my windows It is a patio area that is covered and smokers like it because they can smoke when it is raining I learned that in order to prevent this the management company has to provide a smoking area that protects the smokers from the weather and rain while at the same time they are away from the building but they dont want to incur the expense So ironically the law protects the smokers while ignoring the right of the nonsmokers not to be exposed to this harm My property manager said I should just shut my windowsnI handpicked my apartment when it was being built so I could have a nice breeze during Spring and Fall There is no place to sit outside No patios or balconiesnFurthermore our current manager does not enforce the rules I apparently have no recourse other than to movenI am on the waiting list for Coralridge and I cant wait to move there
