I am not very happy here anymore It feels like we have all been abandoned No maitenence here anymore They come once in a blue moon and they always say we will be back that day and they dont ever come back My family and i here are very clean people Everything is always clean and garbage always out right away but lately there had been a roach problem here and i have put in two requests going on the third and nothing seems to change They are always on my kitchen counter and in the bathroom at times Its very disturbing and i dont like it I want to move now I moved here dec15 2016 and i have never had a problem with ever seeing a roach in my unit now its everyday i cant sleep or eat well now as it has me that bothered Im hoping somone will reach out and help this ongoing problem for me Otherwise im gonna figure out a way to move out It would be nice if things could go back to normal like it was before This problem with the roach is going on 2 months The last year no maitenance people got anything done im going tp buy traps and put those in my vents and see if that helps I seen one actually crawl up in a crack in the wall So idk if its even too late to get this under control Praying that this will get someones attention i have left messages and its still not being done I really liked bonnie the old manager She always did her job and got things done Always answered the phone for me Thank u seldin company for hearing me out on this matter Please get back to me if you can on here or give me a corporate number i could call I would rather stay here another year or maybe 2 if it could go back to the way it wasnthank you more ... hide ...

Dont know how anyone could rent here How do u get ahold of someone to rent a place I knew some people on waiting list and they never move up or can talk to anyone They dont return calls even if u ask them when you leave a message

Management would come into apartments unannounced claiming pest control was an emergency Cars are broken into every night There is no parking and no lighting at night Easy target for thieves Lots of hidden fees Was advertised my rent was around 785 a month Got my first statement and it was 830 Nothing you can do once a lease is signed They also tried to char 2018-02-10T07:30:31Z
