Ive lived here several years The community is great and looks out for each other There is a creative focus musicians artists makers etc but you may get in anyway What you lack in the more expensive appliances hardware etc you make up in window area views square footage and high industrial ceilings

The complex isnt new but it is in good shape As a disabled person everything is accessible with entrance mail and laundry all on first floor with no stairs The trash areas are clean the grounds are clean the play area is very public which makes me feel safe allowing my child to go play All of my requests for maintenance have been dealt with promptly and corr 2016-12-16T13:02:19Z

I love love the manager Abby She is so down to earth and has so much compassion for people She understands everyday lifeand she goes the extra mile for her tenants I stayed here for a full year and now Im in my 2nd lease term When I first moved in there was a bug problem they worked so fast and hard to get rid of them I havent seen them since I love how she 2021-06-15T17:03:10Z

Called to file a complaint about my unit flooding for unknown reasons and a man named Nate who took the call tried telling me Venbury Trail Apartments wasnt in their network When i demanded to be transferred to someone who knows what theyre doing the supervisor a woman i cant recall the name was easily able to find my apartment Horrible company

I cant express the gratitude I have for the staff at the YMCA My friends father passed away and as she lives in Georgia she asked me to retrieve his belongings The staff was courteous and so kind and they even had a tribute to her loved one in the lobby Its so nice to see people care
