My father lives at United Manor and it is great The newly remodeled units are very accessible and large Units offer heat and ac in addition to a washer and dryer in the apt This has been wonderful for my dad and I would definitely recommend United Manor

I wouldnt even give them one full star but I have no other option My roommate and I were looking to move in the the apartments and applied and put down a 200 deposit in early March I had to keep calling them to see if our application had even been reviewed Finally we heard back from them in May This was after calling on a daily basis for 2 weeks They said we could look at an apartment that they used for viewing purposes and that every apartment looked the same They set a move in date for us That day came and went with no response from them they said they were still missing some info from us for our application like they couldnt have said something months ago when we applied and reset our move in Finally it was time to sign the lease they made us sign the lease before we even got to see our apartment and come to find out the place was missing drawers blinds window screens the smoke alarm was yanked out of the ceiling the bathtub and sink were full of hair and there were wet clothes laying on the bathroom floor just to name a few things wrong Then when asked about it they said they could hire a cleaning crew My roommate had moved her things in and had been there a week after cleaning for days straight and I decided I needed to help the people that were letting me live with them Their father had committed suicide and when trying to explain to the manager that I couldnt stay she yelled at me saying it would stay on my credit and that you simply cannot break the lease and that sometimes people do things that we dont know why but we have to deal with it talking about the suicide She then asked me if my roommate would then be staying and making the 500 rent alone Of course not I tried calling their managers in their corporate office to see if I could get the deposit back since the circumstances were messed up and since we had to clean so much and didnt get to see the place before signing the lease By the way each time a manager was not there and I was told theyd call me back 5 times Still havent heard from them It is almost August I would NEVER recommend moving here not even to my worst enemy
