I have lived here on and off for 4 years The office staff is extremely responsive helpful and easy to communicate with Maintenance requests are addressed punctually and professionally They have pest people who spray the property regularly and in my two leases Ive signed I have never had any pests besides my first floor unit attracts occasional spiders which 2022-04-14T16:34:29Z
I have lived here on and off for 4 years The office staff is extremely responsive helpful and easy to communicate with Maintenance requests are addressed punctually and professionally They have pest people who spray the property regularly and in my two leases Ive signed I have never had any pests besides my first floor unit attracts occasional spiders which is to be expected based off of the location Great area to live in block away from a convenience store with the grocery stores fareway hyvee and Walmart all within a few blocks Safe neighborhood with lots of kids outside playing The nicest apartments you could choose in the Des Moines metro for the price Flexible lease terms and their lease renewal offer was within reason The only reason we are moving is because of a job change and our family budget A big thank you to the Meadowlark staff who has provided a safe efficient modern apartment for us to start our family more ... hide ...
