Just called to ask some general questions about previous rental history word of advice talk to Denise dont talk to anyone else I spoke with a Stephanie mind you when I lived there I had false reports made against me that there was someone staying with me who wasnt I was given a letter stating I had 3 days to get out which is illegal especially with a child in the residence I called today because I simply wanted to know what I could do on my end to get this resolved so it doesnt keep affecting me in the future Ive never been so berated and belittle for asking simple questions accused of lying I asked what factors would be included for giving a bad reference on a background history to which she said we gave you a bad landlord reference unpaid money and breach of contract to which I asked what does a bad landlord reference mean and she proceeds to say I thought you didnt know there was a bad Landlord reference You just told me there was and Im asking what it means and then rude remarks made about the place I rented and her saying well I know what apartments we have when I tried to give her the information as to which apartment I had rented but she claimed she didnt have called back to ask why was I treated so rudely and was told I was just going off the information I have on my computer lol after you just told me you didnt have the information and it was in a box and you didnt have time to look for it what a terrible way to treat anyone If I could give a zero I definitely would more ... hide ...
