This place is really nice and well maintained Interior is also really nice and plenty of space and you have options of getting a garage andor storage unit if one is available My only major complaint is the process of trying to get one If one is not available you get put on a waitlist which is fine and understandable And when your name finally comes up you will get a call and can set up an appointment to view andor get applied Well apparently if someone randomly walks in before your appointment comes up and decides they want it and puts the required deposit down they get it without even having been on the waitlist or anything I dont find that to be right or fair since its not like everyone can drop whatever theyre doing to go fill out the application and put down a deposit just so no one off the streets comes and gets it What is the point of the waitlist then I feel this policy should be edited andor least explained to anyone that does inquire about these and gets put on the waitlist This clearly was not very well explained to my grandmother who had been put on the waitlist and waited 4 months to finally get a call and made an appt for couple days later just to be called the day of the appointment that somebody came in and already rented it out by a random walk in more ... hide ...

Staff here is always so quick to fix any and all issues Tamy the manager is such a great manager Since we have lived here she makes sure everything runs smoothly and that the property stays clean Best place I have ever rented from Everyone minds their own business for the most part Staff is amazing and friendly they actually care about your well being Conlin 2020-10-29T20:35:43Z
