Theyre not the worst apartments but definitely not the best I put a work order in for my bath tub leaking and they would send someone over few days after they said they would be there and I work overnights so I sleep during the day and they would just let themselves in The bath tub never got fixed they always left a mess in the tub afterwards then a month wi 2022-07-27T22:11:43Z
Theyre not the worst apartments but definitely not the best I put a work order in for my bath tub leaking and they would send someone over few days after they said they would be there and I work overnights so I sleep during the day and they would just let themselves in The bath tub never got fixed they always left a mess in the tub afterwards then a month will go by and they will say my work order has been completed even though it would leak worse then before and that is just on one work order they were fixing my wall and never came back to sand and paint and they left a huge mess for me to clean up afterwards They also had a roach problem garbage would build up around the dumpsters the laundry room was gross along with the storage areas that is the other tenants fault but still Also when we moved out we had forgotten the wifi modem there and when I called and asked they said they didnt have it and assumed because we turned the keys in that it was trash I understand we left it but its a wifi modem where is the common sense in people that that stuff shouldnt get thrown away Long story short there are better places to go more ... hide ...

I am so glad to be leaving to head back home in 10 days This has been the worse experience I have had I understand the fact that there are a lot of properties to be managed by the when you only have 2 maintenance people that do things doesnt help I hope something gets done about it There are other concerns but Headquarters will be informed on those other iss 2019-02-20T22:00:47Z

This place is amazing Staff is supper knowledgeable and helpful Food is good I have grandparent that lives there and they absolutely loves it during covid its been tough not being able to see them but its nice to see that the staff took the pandemic seriously and the health and wellness of the people that live there The residents that live here are friendly 2021-05-04T16:15:06Z
