I have recently signed a lease to Tall Grass Ive had to call and call to get any information out of them Not only am I constantly attempting to get information Nobody seems to be able to give me an actual answer Ive had multiple times where Ive talked on the phone with someone and they say they will email me the information yet I get nothing You would think 2022-06-24T20:16:35Z
I have recently signed a lease to Tall Grass Ive had to call and call to get any information out of them Not only am I constantly attempting to get information Nobody seems to be able to give me an actual answer Ive had multiple times where Ive talked on the phone with someone and they say they will email me the information yet I get nothing You would think paying all of these extra fees for management you would get some better customer service Im extremely dissatisfied in the customer service I finally was able to get the information I needed from the landlord but even they seemed annoyed of being contacted I hope anyone else choosing to live here receives a better experience then I have thus far more ... hide ...
