I have lived here 2yrs with my husband and 2 small kids Friendly quiet neighbors great staff communications helpful and friendly maintenance Clean outdoor area even have some tables and BBQ pits that you can use Basketball court is surrounded so no chasing your ball if youre bad at it like me lol Will be renewing

Manager Eric Lampe is very difficult to work with He doesnt know the law allows pot smoking throughout the building and is disrespectful of his female residents Dont ask for special favors here because you wont get them Very disappointed when the maintenance man became the manager I am looking to move after the holidays
