I was greeted warmly and was instantly impressed with the management They are income based Activities friendly people I signed my lease today To feel I finally will feel safe nice maintenance You have computers Your own private apartment in a nice quiet town Extremely clean

I dont usually review these type of facilities but I think this one deserves a good rating If you are moving their or is having someone move their It is a reduced rate rent property It is in a safe neighborhood Tiblow transit will take you any where in Bonner Springs 200 parts of KCK 500 The residents appear to associate with each other be it in the main lob 2018-10-04T19:26:55Z

Horrible Place doing terrible customer service I lived here three months shy of two years Every few months I had water coming through my ceiling in multiple areas of my apartment Including during heavy rains my front windows would pour water in The issue was never properly addressed sometimes I was even told the same things happened in staff members apartm 2019-06-04T14:29:02Z
Horrible Place doing terrible customer service I lived here three months shy of two years Every few months I had water coming through my ceiling in multiple areas of my apartment Including during heavy rains my front windows would pour water in The issue was never properly addressed sometimes I was even told the same things happened in staff members apartments and they just lived with it The entire time I live there I kept my apartment Immaculate to the point of management asking me to use my apartment as a display to try to get refinanced Which I kindly agreed to every single time After about the eighth time of water coming through my ceiling I began to look for a new place to live When I found one I gave proper notice and explained why I was breaking my lease 3 months early I cleaned my apartment very well before I moved out but I was still informed that I would not be receiving my deposit back due to breaking my lease This is extremely frustrating that being kind and helpfulNever paying my rent late and living with incompetent repairs in constant water damagethat in the end I would be denied my deposit I do not recommend this property to anyone looking for a new home Beware and look elsewhere more ... hide ...
