I lived here for many years of my life Office lady there is rude and trying to get maintenance to repair things that needed assistance asap was hard to do It took months to get someone to care for the apartment It is scary to walk at night there because there is always people walking around or making noises or walking behind you Its not a good place to go

I moved to Murray Hill after living 30 years in France It has been the perfect place for me to make the transition from Europe to the States I have never worked with someone as kind patient and encouraging as Gena manager was in working through the application processnThe complex is exceptionalalways clean quiet and secure I love my apartment which was in perfect condition when I moved in I find the other residents kind and very open There is a terrace area in back with tables chairs and a couple of grills Just beyond there is a small walking track I could never have imagined a more comfortable secure place to come to I cant say enough good things about Murray Hill Apartments here in Chanute which by the way is a charming town with very friendly people more ... hide ...

Its a very nice place to live of youre single or have no kids Definitely not too kid friendly when it comes to them playing outdoors They do have a play area but the kids arent aloud to play in the yards ride their bikes in the parking lot or even go out into the field to play ball If you have kids strive for the first floor because youll always have a neigh 2017-07-26T15:08:29Z
Its a very nice place to live of youre single or have no kids Definitely not too kid friendly when it comes to them playing outdoors They do have a play area but the kids arent aloud to play in the yards ride their bikes in the parking lot or even go out into the field to play ball If you have kids strive for the first floor because youll always have a neighbor complain about kids being kids and playing in their own home My very first night the neighbor had complained already and all my kids were doing was playing around with each other happy about having a new home If you are a smoker I suggest you find some where else besides here You cant even smoke off your balcony I guess Ive seen plenty of people do it and not get in trouble but the one time I did the lovely neighbors had to complain Youre supposed to go stand in the 105 degree weather in the sun beaming parking lot and smoke your cancer stick On the plus side these apartments come with appliances more ... hide ...

I lived here for 2 yrs before purchasing a house in town The manager was super friendly and always very helpful when stuff was wrong in my home She made the move in and move out process super easy and living here was a breeze Maintenance wasnt super knowledgeable sometimes but items almost always go fixed in a prompt manner My only complaint while living her 2017-12-28T20:03:57Z
