Management is severely poorly ran At East View Gardens in Hesston Kansas we are on the third person since this summer who has jumped in and went on a control rampage Illegally kicking tenants and harrassing tenents who aee responsible for the safety and security of multiple dependents because the apartment is wanted by other family members of other tenents and the apartment complex is full of dramatic and gossiping females The tenants and lanlord has taken advantage of the only male having him do things for them even the lanlord would have him repair his own and other apartments in the duplex for free Apartments are not up to code including doors not shutting or lockingnSo they sit open all day with cold air blowing in the wiring is hazardous and carpet is burned stained and literally in shreds creating an unsafe environment for families Some people play dirty when they are trying to live off of the system and knows how it works The second manager fell for all the drama not understanding what is going on nor investigated anything Third manager changed locks and stopped mail service of tenant in February and is illegally evicting another tenant for rumors and no evidence Both parties have consistently tried to work out issues but Key management is pursuing eviction and trying to put fear in tenant by telling them that tenent will be responsible for court charges and threatening financial crisis on tenant and creating an unsafe and insecure environment for families and their children more ... hide ...
