One of the office ladies complained that my truck was too loud and said my truck shouldnt be on the road When i was helping my bfs mom pick up stuff for her Called police to tell them that they dont think my truck is authorized on the road and the police checked my truck and they told them that there was no illegal mechanics on it They are probably going to lie about this story They banned my bf from visiting her due to him helping her get to her doctor appointments and grocery shopping she doesnt speak very good English so he was helping her like a good son should Her other 2 kids are not in the state of kansas One is active duty in germany My bf is also a veteran Why would such people treat our veterans like this All i ever had was problems Its just housing its not like I am bringing my truck and horse trailer into the parking lot more ... hide ...

As with every thing in life there are more sides to a issue than one I have read through the reviews This complex is 100 times better in the past 10 years than what it use to be The one person that reviewed about mold in her apartment Stated one apartment Did you get moved immediately to another apartment You failed to mention your current apartment and you still live in the complex So obviously it cant be that horrible If your going to write a review you should tell all sides of the storynnThen the other review about lease renewal There is no lease renewal I lived there you renew your subsidy and you get 4 months to do that So if the office was notifying you to recertify repeatedly They where going above and beyond there job description It is your responsibility to recertify in a timely manner since you get a 4 month advance notice in writing every month Until you recertify your subsidy They also give you that in writing at move inlolnnWhen I moved in my walls were painted and my unit was clean You get a inspection sheet to fill out at move in of deficiencies I bet you didnt write any of that on you move in sheet If the manager is giving you violations for breaking the rules its probably because you arennWhen I lived there maintenance responded to my work orders in 24 hours They had activities throughout the week for adults and children Halloween activities Christmas were the kids get gifts movie night art activity every week the list goes on I dont see any of the review mentioning that partnnI give the management 10 thumbs up and 10 toes up For dealing with some of the rudest residents and their guest Respect goes both waysnnJLee D Lady Didnt I see a video of your kid posted all over social media Smoking cigarettes like a champ Looks like you may want to pay more attention to parenting Hes always running around Green Park getting into stuff terrorizing other kids more ... hide ...

If I was given the option to rate zero Stars I would this landlord throws peoples property away while theyre still living there all because the place was a little dirty he is rude are these and I would not recommend him at all I would rather be homeless

I have been living at Hickory Hills some July of 2017 My experience could have been worse but it has been less than satisfactory Recently I have had some issues with the managements professionalism One of my set of blinds had one small piece broken off of the end from my 1 12 year old and it was towards the bottom so it could have easily been raised 12 and 2018-12-21T22:18:43Z
I have been living at Hickory Hills some July of 2017 My experience could have been worse but it has been less than satisfactory Recently I have had some issues with the managements professionalism One of my set of blinds had one small piece broken off of the end from my 1 12 year old and it was towards the bottom so it could have easily been raised 12 and you never would have been able to tell They took it upon themselves to put a work order in to replace them and charge me for them I am on the second floor and it was not noticeable from the parking lot unless you looked very closely and you were looking for it The work order that was signed said 0 total cost There explanation was that it wasnt closed out yetit was signed by both parties myself and maintenance During this phone call I was told that the blinds needed I be replaced so my apartment doesnt look like a ghetto and there voice was raised and I was told I cant damage the property however I please mind you nothing else is damaged the carpets arent stained and we havent had any issues before None of this would have bothered me too much if it wasnt for the hostility of the property manager over the phone If you can afford somewhere else I suggest you stay away more ... hide ...
