Great place to live I pay 599 for rent and a 40 flat fee for utilities as of December 2021 which is a little high for a studio but the apartments are clean with a spacious bathroom and closet All appliances work perfectly and Ive had no issues Staff is friendly and the property is well maintained My only issue with Remington Square is the laundry situation I 2021-12-21T18:56:50Z

Union Flats is a community with a ton of amenities Since new management has come in in the last year Ive seen a lot of changes There is a fitness center a pool access to laundry and the units are spacious and reasonably priced Both maintenance and the office are great to deal with and Jennifer has always greeted me with a smile when I come in

Where to start Bait and switch lets start there My son saw there was an apartment available from their website on August 5th So he went over and was provided a tour of that apartment Everything looked great He asked what the next step was to secure it The response was put in your application So he did on July 12th with a 50 app fee Then I applied as 2022-07-28T17:53:37Z
Where to start Bait and switch lets start there My son saw there was an apartment available from their website on August 5th So he went over and was provided a tour of that apartment Everything looked great He asked what the next step was to secure it The response was put in your application So he did on July 12th with a 50 app fee Then I applied as a cosigner But there was no way to do that on the website you had to apply as a renter and also pay 50 I even called to make sure So I completed my part on July 15th The response was that they would be in contact in 35 business days After hearing nothing by July 21st called and were told actually someone applied a week before you so were waiting for their decision Well let you know tomorrow Friday July 22nd There was no call on Friday July 22nd Tuesday July 26 made four calls to the apartment finally got a human on the fourth call Was told they would check the status and get back that afternoon They didnt In my opinion the entire ordeal was simply to get 100 from us for an apartment that wasnt even available Customer service here is terrible hard to get an answer no followthrough on promises Either this place doesnt need the business guess that is possible so they string folks along like me or they are incompetent or flat out charlatans Hopeful others havent been duped as we were Also hopeful this review will ensure you go into any dealings with this apartment with open eyes more ... hide ...

I lived at Fox Run from April 2017 to January 2022 and heres my take on why I would rate them 25 to 3 starsnnLocation wise its lovely to be near so many stores and go for walks One of the cons is the high school next door There are certain times in the morning when both entrances are blocked and the afternoons can be chaotic at times when school lets outnnCRES Management took over in April 2021 and they the started the process of addressing all concerns and issues once the right property manager came on board It gave me a lot of hopennI left as they no longer accept section 8 I understand that is their right but I felt it was unethical in how I found out A neighbor alerted me and when I asked management I was informed that they were waiting until I had 60 days left on my lease That honestly sent me into a panic as a single mom on disability especially as there are not as many housing options I still feel that they should have told everyone as soon as they arrived at that decision They did let me out of my lease early and the manager was impressed with the condition of my unit I know the deciding factor in letting me leave two months early was so that they could rent it out at a higher price The second con is even though the unit itself was fine I only received a fraction of my security deposit back as it was used for watertrashsewer dating back to November I cant help but to feel disheartened by the experience and am reluctant to recommend them more ... hide ...
