Honestly my first impression was it was a good place There were some problems at first with the sink and kind of annoying the windows are sealed shut but other than that it was fine Then we had problems with out in unit washer and dryer At the time they claimed they didnt have staff to fix everything which I can understand because it was after covid This dragged on for so long eventually we got it fixed after 2 months at doing laundry at a friends place but it broke that same week so we called again They said they are all going bad and they ordered more Understandable again things are hard to get so we waited and heard nothing for 6 months So I called them and asked to just get the 50month I have been spending for the specific purpose of having an in house washer dryer Then they tried giving me a gift card which I still havent seen for a month now to their laundry room which is gross I didnt think it was fair for me to give them cash and get a gift card back also we havent had what we paid for the entire time we were there so I asked for a refund on that as well They told me I can get it on their card to the laundry room but thats it After yelling at them they gave me 50 credit and thats it when I am now due 500 It might be just what I get for being the nice guy If you do live here be prepared to fight tooth and nail for them to do anything Dont be understanding because it wont be reciprocated here Customer service deserves negative stars because they dont care about the tenants

The whole renter application process was very streamlined and easy to participate in There were no issues with communications in fact they were very open and rather proactive with communications to keep my application process running smoothlynnIt seems they put in quite a bit of money to keep the place looking clean and modern Buildings are in good condition

The whole renter application process was very streamlined and easy to participate in There were no issues with communications in fact they were very open and rather proactive with communications to keep my application process running smoothlynnIt seems they put in quite a bit of money to keep the place looking clean and modern Buildings are in good condition and they maintain their parking lots very well which really stands out to me on their priority in maintaining a clean safe and enjoyable living areannThough there were just two things related for maintenance requiring work it wasnt anything critical other than a door being SLIGHTLY misaligned enough that it would rub against the door frame nothing concerning at all Even more so someone came to fix it within probably 24 hours of the request being sent innnThe complex is only about 4950 years old from my research prior to applying here but with how up to date and modern the units look its hard to believe not even mentioning the amenities availablennThe staff and community are very friendly as well I feel just as comfortable here as I did at my own home previous
