so i found out these apartments lied to me by telling me they dont accept section 8 and they are on the list still after i told them to contact joco housing to tell them they dont accept vouchers which legally they are supposed to do but they didnt remove their apartments so i contact a few friends just recently that work for the state and they told me i was 2022-07-14T09:01:24Z

Honestly my first impression was it was a good place There were some problems at first with the sink and kind of annoying the windows are sealed shut but other than that it was fine Then we had problems with out in unit washer and dryer At the time they claimed they didnt have staff to fix everything which I can understand because it was after covid This dr 2022-05-10T16:16:44Z
Honestly my first impression was it was a good place There were some problems at first with the sink and kind of annoying the windows are sealed shut but other than that it was fine Then we had problems with out in unit washer and dryer At the time they claimed they didnt have staff to fix everything which I can understand because it was after covid This dragged on for so long eventually we got it fixed after 2 months at doing laundry at a friends place but it broke that same week so we called again They said they are all going bad and they ordered more Understandable again things are hard to get so we waited and heard nothing for 6 months So I called them and asked to just get the 50month I have been spending for the specific purpose of having an in house washer dryer Then they tried giving me a gift card which I still havent seen for a month now to their laundry room which is gross I didnt think it was fair for me to give them cash and get a gift card back also we havent had what we paid for the entire time we were there so I asked for a refund on that as well They told me I can get it on their card to the laundry room but thats it After yelling at them they gave me 50 credit and thats it when I am now due 500 It might be just what I get for being the nice guy If you do live here be prepared to fight tooth and nail for them to do anything Dont be understanding because it wont be reciprocated here Customer service deserves negative stars because they dont care about the tenants more ... hide ...

The whole renter application process was very streamlined and easy to participate in There were no issues with communications in fact they were very open and rather proactive with communications to keep my application process running smoothlynnIt seems they put in quite a bit of money to keep the place looking clean and modern Buildings are in good condition and they maintain their parking lots very well which really stands out to me on their priority in maintaining a clean safe and enjoyable living areannThough there were just two things related for maintenance requiring work it wasnt anything critical other than a door being SLIGHTLY misaligned enough that it would rub against the door frame nothing concerning at all Even more so someone came to fix it within probably 24 hours of the request being sent innnThe complex is only about 4950 years old from my research prior to applying here but with how up to date and modern the units look its hard to believe not even mentioning the amenities availablennThe staff and community are very friendly as well I feel just as comfortable here as I did at my own home previous more ... hide ...

The only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating is because every place needs room for improvement I have lived here for 3 years now and we have had several managersmaintenance changes in that time However the current personnel is a fine group This manager JillJillian has come in and taken the bull by the horns The changes she has made were sorely needed And yes there are further changes to come Not everything can be accomplished over night To those who think that this manager is too toughimagine trying to manage a property the size of Rosewood You arent going to be the most popular person all the time But the manager is not trying to win a popularity contest Shes here to do a job You may not like how she manages this property but she came in here promising changes and she has already made good on her promise And the maintenance manager Ken if as fine a man as you could meet As far as his maintenance performance he does get projects done in order and in a timely manner As I started earlier there are more changes to come JillKen have followed through in the past and I have every faith they will continue to do so in the future more ... hide ...

Just moved in and there are already issues The apartment was definitely not move in ready Lease was signed after I saw the pictures of the apartment as I moved from Miami my mistake will never happen again I assumed since they took the pictures of the apartment they wouldve seen it but this apartment is definitely not move in ready The back door was missing a piece in the bottom and dirt and bugs are coming in Im literally blocking it with a box They put in a work order and they still havent come to check it out so obviously maintenance is super slow Also the actual apartment wasnt cleaned and if they paid someone to do they should get their money back because the kitchen was full of sticky residue and the cabinets were gross and not to mention the carpet They came in to clean it the day we moved in and its still gross Gunk stuck to it when you wipe it its a weird color this thing should just be ripped out I honestly dont like to complain and usually just deal with things like this but if I can help someone else make the right decision for their familymove then I think its worth itnnOn another note the leasing office is extremely nice and helpful but thats kind of secondary in my opinion to all of the other issues weve had more ... hide ...

I have never had so much trouble with an apartment complex I dont even live at I applied about 7 weeks ago When me and my boyfriend went in to tour the apartments we liked the area but felt very uncomfortable with the whole process The lady that showed us around didnt seem very knowledgeable I was having to pull information out of her about the apartment normally places try to sell you on applying but it was just really hard to get information I though maybe she was new but shes like the main girl in there If I didnt do my research on the property before going I would have been clueless After looking around the property we decided to apply I explained to the office that I owed money to another apartment complex from years ago but have been making payments I asked if this would be an issue with approval Cause if it was I wasnt going to give them money I was told it shouldnt be an issue so we turned in our application about two days later I was told we were denied which was frustrating considering they said that shouldnt be an issue but that was why we were denied I also took almost all my money out of savings to apply so theres money down the drain The 250 security deposit was supposed to be given back so I asked the lady Same one who gave us a tour how I get my money The only thing she said was it would be mailed to me and then she spouted off half of my address quickly and ended the call About two weeks later still nothing So I call again I talked to someone and explained the whole situation THEN I was notified that it takes 30 days from the request to get your money because it comes from corporate Apparently they didnt submit a request until almost A WEEK after I applied Its now been over 30 days and STILL nothing I call AGAIN and was notified they didnt put my full address in I now have to wait possibly ANOTHER 30 days just to get my money back Im so frustrated by this Yeah its only 250 but for me that makes a huge difference and also could have covered my Christmas shopping If you have ANY bad rental history Even if its from a long time ago Dont waste your money on this place After this experience Im thankful we arent going to be living here Im not someone that normally writes reviews or complains ever I would give zero stars if it was an option more ... hide ...
