In getting to know almost all people living there 96 hate it there they ALWAYS have problems with the landlord especially When something gets broken it will take months instead of a week or so to get fixed and you will be charged a fee Tenants that had a pipe broken last summer had to reside in their apts with no water for days They did not by law give them further assistance that were to live under living conditions and still had to pay full rent When going to confront the landlord which many have witnessed over and over she will avoid you at all costs wait till you leave then leave notes all over your door And when asking why havent those people moved out when they tried for another same type apt complex in the area they were denied under false lie reported from the landlord which happens to live at those other apts that they tried getting in This is only what Ive heardseen for starters more ... hide ...
