Horrible management lady that runs the place is unreasonable and has no management experience we have put requests in for repairs for apartment and they havent been completed since we arrived 4 month ago

Nice friendly people The manager stays on top of things and gets things done quickly and efficiently

The apartments are in mediocre at best condition the rent appeared to be ok but by the time all the fees are added it went up by 50 to 100 a month Late fees are ridiculous you dont know what you have to pay till the first due to random FEES and its due by the 3rd hope the first isnt on a Friday or you are paying an extra 100 bucks moved out leaving the pla 2022-06-01T15:00:13Z
