I took a friend there to get information on housing and switching his section 8 voucher over to the Newton area and the people were very helpful and courteous

Was super excited when I found this place Thought it was the PERFECT fit Filled out all required paperwork and paid required dues on 68 Was asked when I would like to move in and I stated I would prefer to move in on 71 since I had already paid rent at my current location for the month But needed to know as I would need to let my current landlord know Id be 2018-07-18T21:32:11Z
Was super excited when I found this place Thought it was the PERFECT fit Filled out all required paperwork and paid required dues on 68 Was asked when I would like to move in and I stated I would prefer to move in on 71 since I had already paid rent at my current location for the month But needed to know as I would need to let my current landlord know Id be moving out They said thatd be great and The lady even said since 71 was on a Sunday they would get me the keys thats Friday 629 so I could start moving in YAY Or so I thoughtnnWeeks go by and I havent heard a thing So I call on Tuesday 619 just to make sure everything is going as planned as I have already told my landlord Im moving out The lady says she has been super busy and hasnt gotten to all my paperwork yet but were still on she said Ive even got the carpet people coming in Friday YAYnnThe following week which should now be move in week I still havent heard anything I try calling them Tues 626 and their phone doesnt work Weird Wednesday 627 I finally talk to the lady but she said she still hasnt gotten to my paperwork but she will do it RIGHT NOW I said ok So now here we are THURSDAY 628 THE DAY Before Im supposed to be getting the keys to move in and she calls me at 1008 in the morning telling me that its not going to be ready for at least another weeknnIncredibly unprofessional to me and the lady was very nice but to me that is absolutely uncalled for Ive been calling you every week double checking that you didnt need anything else from me I did everything I was supposed to do on my end and you guys couldnt keep up your end It was a complete waste of time waste of money and ended up causing unnecessary drama between my current landlord and InnI never ended up moving here because that conduct of business rubbed me the wrong way therefore I cannot say anything about the actual apartments themselves just the way that they do business is completely and utterly unprofessional more ... hide ...

I grew up in Newton and always wondered about this place When I turned 21 I left Newton I am 34 now and unfortunately am disabled as well I decided to move back to Newton for most of my family is there To my surprise the Plaza was still there and better than I remembered I walked in to the office and met a Woman named Karlie the manager After about 30 min or 2017-03-15T22:30:12Z
I grew up in Newton and always wondered about this place When I turned 21 I left Newton I am 34 now and unfortunately am disabled as well I decided to move back to Newton for most of my family is there To my surprise the Plaza was still there and better than I remembered I walked in to the office and met a Woman named Karlie the manager After about 30 min or so I was approved for a 1 bed room at a very good monthly rate Being on disability this is of great value to me Karlie was and is amazing she worked her magic for sure Bottom line its a great place great price and a great neighborhood in my eyes Anyone who is disabled or a senior citizen will not find any better place Trust me I tried more ... hide ...

I have lived here since it opened 3 years ago James the manager has done a wonderful job keeping up with the property and making sure his residents are satisfied He keeps regular pest control schedules and makes sure people keep the neighborhood clean It isnt a cheap place to live but it is most definitely worth it to me

Been trying to reach them about availability and have yet to be in touch with anyone and Ive been trying since the beginning on December So cant give 1 star but cant give 5 either since I have yet to have contact with anyone

The place is nicely decorated It is quiet and peaceful living Water and trash paid Big community room High ceilings throughout the building The common areas are clean Limited access building
