Hopeful Gardens is a very very nice residential area you have no problems some nice people in the area and thats fully secured with all the lights needed for the sidewalks and they help out during the winter so I highly recommend hopeful Gardens if youre looking for somewhere to go

I had a client that lived there It seemed nice Everyone I met seemed nice Mostly it was clean It is low income however it was somewhere I wouldnt mind living Nice day room WIFI in the building etc etc I know that it has been sold and expecting to be rejuvenated It seems like there wouldnt be a lot to be done IMO However my access was mostly on the 3 2021-03-11T18:57:59Z

They never give you a solid answer to your question The new manager seems to be like a dictator instead of being there for the residence I am not impressed Too bad this could have been the place to be

I only lived there a little while and regret it dearly It was over run with drugs and illegal activity The land lord seems to enjoy that environment and does NOTHING to protect her residents During my move my apartment was broken into while I was out of state she found a known drug addict actively using drugs and damaging property and she refused to call the 2020-04-24T15:20:45Z

The building isnt perfect by any means but it is well taken care of and is secure The rent is reasonable and the tenants are either friendly or keep to them selves They accept hud and are good at getting repair orders done I like it here

So this is by far the WORST apartment complex weve ever lived in My husband is military and unfortunately were in Pittsburg KS for the next 3 years We found it pointless to buy a home and we know for a fact that this is a place that we will not come back to so we decided upon an apartment This wasnt our first choice but our first choice wasnt available when we needed it Anyways I am rating this 1 star because the apartments are poorly kept Upon moving in it looked as if our apartment had not not been inspected after the previous tenants moved out The dishwasher had used utensils left in it There are large noticeable holes in the bedroom doors The carpet is stained throughout the entire apartment The paint job on the cabinets and countertops are sloppy Not to mention we are responsible for buying and changing the air filters for the air and heating unit Weve lived in 3 different apartments and never did we have to change the air filter Maintenance always did it for us We had a spider issue and I asked for pest control to come out and spray since thats their job you know and I was told to buy some sticky traps We had a leaking toilet but it wasnt flooding but it was enough to fill a container up No one came to fix it until a week later They dont offer any amenities other than a raggedy play ground that is mostly flooded due to the rain Two grills and a gazebo that is always surrounded by trash We bought our kid a kiddie pool and sat it in front of our door It didnt block our neighbors way and no one complained A few weeks we get a text saying that we werent allowed to have pools This whole place could just some work For crying out loud they have a freaking refrigerator sitting outside of the building that use to be the leasing office Thats the first thing you notice when turning in This place has potential It just needs people who actually care about it and the living experience of their tenants to take care of it Its obvious these owners only care about getting your rent money and nothing more more ... hide ...

Doesnt even deserve a star Management is terrible Mold on the top floors that are out of service This place needs shut down or new a manager She is very fake to your face and after a few weeks will treat you very poorly
