Review based on occupancy from January to August 2021 Management is awesome K L and A D are professional very friendly and incredibly helpful Maintenance is quick and very friendly even wearing shoe coverings while in my apartment The grounds are clean and worthy of the luxury apartment designation Parking by your unit can be an issue but there are plenty of spaces elsewhere My vehicle was never damaged My 2 bedroom apartment was quiet comfortable modern very clean and the laundry room is a great feature Carpet appliances and kitchen are modern Plenty of places to walkrun I didnt use the fitness centernnMy only negative issues are cosmetic things that will eventually be updated

If your looking for a senior living thats maintenance freethen keep on looking Moved my parents in here back in October and to say the least Im dissatisfied in management and maintenancenThey cant even take care of snow removal this winter They call it maintenance free living for seniors They should be ashamed Told my mother the first major snow storm of the year ice melt was on order Shovels must have been on order as well You would think with Senior living youd look out for their Safety a little more Ever time they have a maintenance issue they seem to have to go round and round to get the issue resolved I wouldnt recommend The only I advantage has been having no steps Maybe when they cant rent the apartments they will work at inputting what they advertise

I recently stayed here It was obvious that whoever is currently managing this complex is doing an excellent job The buildings are quiet well maintained clean The rules are clear cut and enforced The appliances are stainless seem brand new They even have ecofriendlyquiet flushing toilets lol Im not sure what happened here in the past for this place to have
