I lived at Berkshire for 4 years Although the office personnel are nice management never one time came to my home to make sure things were being taken care of by the maintenance personnel I would call to get something fixed and time and time again maintenance would come and say it was just fine My home flooded from the up stairs bathroom the week before I ha 2017-08-04T21:53:52Z
I lived at Berkshire for 4 years Although the office personnel are nice management never one time came to my home to make sure things were being taken care of by the maintenance personnel I would call to get something fixed and time and time again maintenance would come and say it was just fine My home flooded from the up stairs bathroom the week before I had called to get help with the toilet do to it making a loud noise the maintenance that came to fix it cut a hole in the wall and did not even fix the Sheetrock so I had cut Sheetrock in my bathroom Also they tried to blame it on my son I asked them to give me a new toilet and we never had a problem with it again The biggest thing is when my son got bit by a Brown Recluse He got very sick I let them know what happened and told them about the Black Widows they were so bad that when I opened my screen door there was one that made a web right by my front door The reason I moved out was do to putting a spider glue pad in my sons room and in a two months time there were around 11 or 12 Brown Recluse on it We just moved out on the first of last month They make the outside of the place look nice but really neglect the insides of the homes Also many times the parents of the children do not make sure were they are I had two boys throw rocks at my car when I was going out Sorry for my spelling and grammar more ... hide ...

Governeour Manor has been a great place to live Our twobedroom apartment is a good size for us we had new carpet when we moved in and nothing looks very old or outdated What you get for the price really cant be beat The staff are all super friendly and very easy to work with and the office is stocked with cookies and dog treats We feel very safe here too be 2020-08-21T13:45:35Z

Remodled apartments new management Place used to be a dump but has since seen vast improvements Cant beat the looks of the full remodled apartments and definitely cant beat the price of rent per month Definitely an apartment worth the price

Update 2 Ive now been here just shy of one year We have a new management company and let me tell you the new office manager is AWESOME I have had a few conversations with her since she started a few months back and she has always went above and beyond to make sure Im a happy tenant Shes always friendly and welcoming when I come through the lobby I already lo 2022-05-30T02:51:56Z
Update 2 Ive now been here just shy of one year We have a new management company and let me tell you the new office manager is AWESOME I have had a few conversations with her since she started a few months back and she has always went above and beyond to make sure Im a happy tenant Shes always friendly and welcoming when I come through the lobby I already loved living here but it has only gotten better over the yearnnUpdate Ive now been here six months and Im still enjoying it People are nice when I pass them in the elevators I dont hear much through the walls from my neighbors and the staff has still been nothing but kind and helpful Im still happy with my decision to move herennI moved in June 1st I toured in May and immediately fell in love I have a modest budget Im a teacher and didnt think Id be able to afford a place downtown that Id feel comfortable in This place seemed too good to be true I went ahead and decided to take the chance and signed the contract I ran into some issues with having help moving the week I needed to move and the office staff was very accommodating with my needs Since being here Ive had nothing but friendly interactions with the workers and residents in this complex The location is topnotch and I am very happy with my first three months here more ... hide ...
