Extremely rude office staff especially over the phone Maintenance is very unprofessional and leaves dirt on your floor from their boots The price is outrageous especially for the condition of the apartments and on top of rent you are now paying for water trash and pest control This new management is one of the worst I have seen They tell you to contact their office to discuss issues etc and when you do they act like they hate their job with their rude remarks and sighs I will be contacting higher up to file complaints on any and everything I can including with the city in regards to the safety concerns I have that have not been addressed AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST
