Renter beware This is considered livable by Towne Properties no flooring 15 industrial sized VERY LOUD fans 85 degree temperatures in a pandemic polar vortex When the building flooded Towne did not put us in a hotel did not put us in an AVAILABLE unit did not prorate rent and would not let us out of our lease In fact our land lord said if we couldnt live w

Renter beware This is considered livable by Towne Properties no flooring 15 industrial sized VERY LOUD fans 85 degree temperatures in a pandemic polar vortex When the building flooded Towne did not put us in a hotel did not put us in an AVAILABLE unit did not prorate rent and would not let us out of our lease In fact our land lord said if we couldnt live with the heat sounds and dust debris kicked up by the fans without flooring etc TO GO TO THE RED CROSS while paying 2K mo in rent bc Towne considered all of the above livable Apartment without floors for the greater part of a month No proactive apartment status or construction communication so wed scramble for Airbnbs last minute week to week not knowing the completion status of apartmentnnLastly Personal belongings were ruined dt Towne mitigation not flood water so insurance wouldnt cover Towne said no way Jose to replacing what they destroyednnI have been renting for 15 years gotta include college rentals this was the worst and most stressful rental experience Ive ever had
