Lived here for about 2 years now first year was good then a new management company came in Theyve ruined this place Unfortunately we have a downstairs neighbor that loves to play the same 5 songs every week at a volume that we can hear each song in our unit Isnt that great She also loves to smoke and fills our balcony with an unpleasant smoke smell along wit 2021-04-03T00:56:54Z
Lived here for about 2 years now first year was good then a new management company came in Theyve ruined this place Unfortunately we have a downstairs neighbor that loves to play the same 5 songs every week at a volume that we can hear each song in our unit Isnt that great She also loves to smoke and fills our balcony with an unpleasant smoke smell along with clashing perfume I really wish I could say this place was amazing however the laundry rooms here are almost always full of people leaving their laundry in the machines for hours and hours Also from a top floor unit we can hear footsteps from our neighbor below us This place is anything but soundproof While the price may be tempting I would seriously recommend you to consider a different place The only thing Royal Cove has going for it is its location It isnt even worth that though There is also a mold problem in our floors that we werent aware of until recently which is also disturbing Management doesnt respond or even acknowledge emails or voicemails and we even had an incident when our water heater burst and flooded our kitchen and storage closet They didnt care to respond or fix the water heater until a whole week later Super frustrating management and all in all a very unfortunate place to livenIt really pains me to say how bad this place has gotten in the past few months Trying to get out ASAP more ... hide ...
