We have been living here for about 6months The Office manager that Ive dealt with is a really professional lady but very busy She said she works mainly at the Newburgh office so it can be extremely difficult getting ahold of someone in the office This was a really nice and quiet place when we first moved in but in the last 2 or 3 weeks Ive seen more police r 2018-03-21T06:18:35Z
We have been living here for about 6months The Office manager that Ive dealt with is a really professional lady but very busy She said she works mainly at the Newburgh office so it can be extremely difficult getting ahold of someone in the office This was a really nice and quiet place when we first moved in but in the last 2 or 3 weeks Ive seen more police responding to many domestic and other calls Many if them are due to immature teenagers causing damage andor harassing other tenants many of which did not even reside here in the complex One apartment building in particular has had the police there on more then 6 occasions for several different reasons There isnt anyone here managing the grounds anymore either The hallways and stairs are accumulating so much dirt and other trash We are looking to move as soon as our lease agreement has been meet Its really a shame We really enjoyed it here in our first couple months here but now its as bad if not worse than Lawndale or fair acres more ... hide ...

Beautiful family friendly complex with a nice park for children and another for dogs I enjoyed my experience filling out the application and talking to the two ladies in the office They were just as friendly and helpful in person as they were over the phone The definitely know what they are doing and were incredibly accommodating despite having to conduct th 2020-09-01T16:37:41Z
Beautiful family friendly complex with a nice park for children and another for dogs I enjoyed my experience filling out the application and talking to the two ladies in the office They were just as friendly and helpful in person as they were over the phone The definitely know what they are doing and were incredibly accommodating despite having to conduct the application process through the window due to the office being closed to the public during the pandemic I hope we are able to call this place home soonnnedit We have lived here for almost 2 months and it is just as enjoyable as we thought it would be We had to call on a Friday afternoon about an issue with a bedroom door and they sent someone out first thing Monday morning They frequently mow the grass and blow off the sidewalks afterwards something our last place didnt do and we often see the property managers out with the maintenance team which shows that they are hands on with any issues or work that needs to be done We love it here more ... hide ...

Would not recommend at all never in the office never answered the phone then blames everything on you when they wont fix anything had to clean all my carpets before I could move in had to clean the fridge the stove and kitchen before I moved in my windows molded when it was cold in the winter I told them and never fixed them but when I moved it was all my fa 2021-10-26T20:17:13Z

I lived at Saddlebrook apts 20062007 and loved it The management was great and the apartments were kept up as well as the exterior and the landscaping I moved to Albuquerque NM and that is the only reason I left Saddlebrook It was an excellent place to live I recently returned to Saddlebrook apts looking for a beautiful place to live When I pulled in the com 2018-07-02T11:42:57Z
