Weve lived at two properties First property was in Bowling Green Id give it almost 5 stars Issues were handled quickly Majority of the renters were immigrant Bosnians Obnoxious and loud people We lived there 3 years It was mostly ok Past 5 months weve lived at a property in Corbin Not been a very good experience See shady individuals around At times we dont feel that safe here People speed up and down the street irregardless of the speed bumps Our first month didnt start off good with family members staying with renters next door Had to get Sheriff involved The condition of the apartment when we moved in is what I call well worn Worn out carpet worn out linoleum floors patchy touch up paint all inside Lots of marks on doors Stains in shower and tub Property next door is a vacated house not being kept up see pictures Ive contacted the County about this with pictures for proof Was told theres no Code enforcement for properties ridiculous This property draws stray cats and who knows what else You cant see all the debris because of the height of the grass No one should have to live next door to this Im sure the people at the County would get this cleaned up if it where next to their residence As soon as we get near end of year lease we plan on getting out of here I have no bad comments on manager she really tries hard or maintenance they are always around more ... hide ...
