I have had a mostly positive experience for the past 7 years with Hampton Place up until the past two weeks My kitchen sink has been stopped up and I have not been able to cook for a week I havent been able to use my dishwasher it runs over and floods my kitchen floor I have however had a very positive relationship with my Service Coordinator Kendra Harris S 2020-02-18T19:50:38Z

So far my apartment searching experience with them has been great Both of the property management agents I have spoke with have been great at responding to me in a timely manner usually within a few days which I this is acceptable based upon the fact Im not a resident yet and have had an answer to all of my questions They have also been very flexible with move in dates and strive to work with you to get you in one of their unitsnnSo far Connie in the office has been GREAT and my and my wife are set to move in They worked with us on a move in date that worked for us so we had some time to move all of our stuff over there rather than having to scramble it all in one day with paying prorated rent of coursennSound can be a bit much sometimes from outside comes with the territory of being on a very busy street however sound isolation between units is fantastic Building is pretty secure with surveillance around the outside and in the entryway In the few days Ive been around the complex at night I havent felt unsafe although theres always the potential for opportunistic crime if someone left their car unlockedetc as with any other urban area Maintenance has been on top of any of the small requests weve had so far some small things like minor repairs to shelvingetc and responded usually within a day of making them awarennSo far I highly recommend this place more ... hide ...
