Janice Wilson is absolutely correct in her statements she has made about these apartments I have reported the air conditionersheaters are not working in the lobbies and hallways on most of the 5 floors last year 2018 and this year 2019 The thing that amazes me is that Capital RealtyProperties can not figure out what the common denomiator is HUD is supposed
