I walked into the management office at 920 AM on a Tuesday No one was in the office and so i said hello a couple times and then looked through the hallwaynI found her in some common room type thing and asked if she was the manager She replied yes I asked if she had any one bedrooma available She looked me up an down mind you Im 26 but i was in business casua 2017-10-03T13:32:40Z
I walked into the management office at 920 AM on a Tuesday No one was in the office and so i said hello a couple times and then looked through the hallwaynI found her in some common room type thing and asked if she was the manager She replied yes I asked if she had any one bedrooma available She looked me up an down mind you Im 26 but i was in business casual clothing and spoke intelligently and kindlyand said no with an attitude I then said oh ok well anything else for rent Then with that zig zag attitude head movement she gets a dirty look on her face and a sarcastic tone in her voice and says the only applications Im accepting for one bedrooms is for 62 and older Sorry Bye And so i said oh ok and walked away She starts literally running after me and pushes the door open to get me out like i was going to steal something and says bye again with an extremely dirty look and very rude attitude and demeanornI could not believe the audacity and unprofessionalism of this woman And then the illegal ageism she turned me away for was obvious because this was not a senior living community They will be lucky if i dont suenIve lived in the same place for 2 years and my previous home before that even longer My fiance and i have had constant income for over 6 years No recent criminal infractions Both have gone to college and i drove up in a decent car Her just assuming im trash because im looking for an apartment in portland and im younger and treating me as such when i dont know this woman from adam was downright awful and i will never go back there but i will be making a complaint more ... hide ...

This place used to be so nice inside and out now the inside smells horrible the floors are ALWAYS dirty elevator has caked on dirt around the base of the elevator they allow residents to drink alcohol in common areas just a MESS

So while there were issues with moving in I will say that the management and whoever is in charge of maitinence have done a great job at communication Yes problems are frustrating but I dont think you could find an apartment with people who act so quick to fix problems Overall the apartments are pretty nice and weve been here for 25 years If there was a bug 2021-02-14T18:22:12Z
So while there were issues with moving in I will say that the management and whoever is in charge of maitinence have done a great job at communication Yes problems are frustrating but I dont think you could find an apartment with people who act so quick to fix problems Overall the apartments are pretty nice and weve been here for 25 years If there was a bug problem they call opc ASAP my water heater went off and they were there the next morning i called at like 12 am so it was fine management actually calls me back within 24hours of a problem Im very satisfied and we plan on staying here until we are ready for our own house They also have a great pet policy that most apartments dont offer either denise and whitney have great customer service and if i could remember the maitinence mans name i would mention him too i think hes in charge of maitinence at the apartments more ... hide ...
