Manager is a bully and a liar She refused to accept my rent because it was three days past deadline Said I had 30 days to find another place I wasnt fully prepared for something like this as I had just lost my main job All I had left was my income from driving with Uber and Lyft I busted my butt to get the rent together and they refused it They tried to fil 2018-07-02T14:40:27Z
Manager is a bully and a liar She refused to accept my rent because it was three days past deadline Said I had 30 days to find another place I wasnt fully prepared for something like this as I had just lost my main job All I had left was my income from driving with Uber and Lyft I busted my butt to get the rent together and they refused it They tried to file eviction on me after they KNEW I had moved out When I appeared in court to make sure eviction was not filed the lawyer was surprised to see me Apparently theyed lied to him or not informed him thatI had already left The eviction charge was dismissed however there is now a 1400 charge showing owed to these apartments which is NOT VALID I went to pay them the rent and they refused When they told me I needed to leave I did The boss lady is a complete ghetto JOKE I saw her loudly degrading and demeaning a tenant before I saw other people moving out around same time as me Would no be surprised if she made excuses to kick people out so that she could move tenants in and get a bonus Property management companies need to be regulated better by the government They can say anything and put ANYTHING on your record I had move with my three children into a hotel because I cant get approved for another rental property after they fouled up my record STEER CLEAR There was also a rodent problem which I reported to inspector while I was there more ... hide ...
