its a great program in theory but i felt like they were going through growig pains when i was there i was depressed and anxious for the first time in my life and my mental health was fastly declining and i was there a week asked everyday to see a mental heath professional and was push to a backburner since i wasnt taking medicine or had any prior diagnosied 2018-07-02T08:41:34Z

This place is horrible I moved in fall of 2015 and everything seems okay i was happy with my apartment neighbors were friendly clean for the most part BUT I WAS WRONG 3 months into staying there i found out that they have a really bad roach problem they cant ever keep a property manager in the office we had 4 DIFFERENT property managers within 1 year 2018-06-07T15:17:27Z
This place is horrible I moved in fall of 2015 and everything seems okay i was happy with my apartment neighbors were friendly clean for the most part BUT I WAS WRONG 3 months into staying there i found out that they have a really bad roach problem they cant ever keep a property manager in the office we had 4 DIFFERENT property managers within 1 year the maintenance cant be trusted and they enter your unit without notice my money for rent was stolen out of my unit and when they do decide to notify you they never show up They take forever trying to get something repaired in your unit and management is RUDE and UNORGANIZED I filled out a recertification out 4 DIFFERENT TIMES and they were all lost when i went to the office to see what was going on the new property manager MARY TENNYSON BEGAN SCREAMING AT ME TO LEAVE SHE EVEN WALKED ACROSS THE OFFICE TO GET IN MY FACE AND THREATEN ME when i asked for the corporate number to get in contact with someone above her she call the police on me ill post the audio of that altercation in another post It also floods there too and they dont do anything about it it took them 1 month to replaced the carpets with tile and not to mention the maintenance man took dozens of breaks and left glue everywhere in the apartment look else where dont waste your time energy or money There are crackheads and alcohlics everywhere you look its horrible more ... hide ...

I have been at cathedral commons for 7 years now and the only reason Im moving is the parking situation They keep building these Hotels around us but provide only 3 parking spaces for 40 or more apartments When my family comes to visit they have to pay parking meters to visit The apartment itself is wonderful and all of the neighbors except 1 are friendly Im 2018-12-26T21:23:55Z
