Overall do not recommend much better options in the area I was a resident at academy on fourth for two years and can validate the constant turn over and lack of professionalism within the staff and property management While the apartment itself was good the management made my time here a terrible experience During my time at academy I experienced multiple property managers and even more leasing agents within only a short duration As a young professional living in the building I felt there was a target on my back to be treated as if I were a child and a nuisance Melissa the property manager disproportionately enforced rules to other young professionals in the building but easily allowed others those who were her friends and favorites to do whatever they please At one point in time I overheard one these individuals referring to bringing a speaker to the pool which is not allowed say oh Ill just text melissa she lets me do whatever I want Not to mention to access these amenities you need a wristband as well as guest wristband for visitors I am completely fine with this I understand its a great way to manage the pool however because the office is closed on the weekends and you can only have the guest bands for 24 hours it makes it very difficult to have any guests on the weekend If youre looking for a fun place to call home as the apartment advertises this is not the place more ... hide ...

Good apartment complex the property manager Jenny has been cooperative and understanding Theres not a lot of maintenance in the parking lot when it comes to pot holes or plowing snow after huge snowstorms but the prices are pretty good for the area and close to NKU the hospital on the hill and the restaurants and stores Its also central for my work commute t 2021-12-01T16:46:17Z
Good apartment complex the property manager Jenny has been cooperative and understanding Theres not a lot of maintenance in the parking lot when it comes to pot holes or plowing snow after huge snowstorms but the prices are pretty good for the area and close to NKU the hospital on the hill and the restaurants and stores Its also central for my work commute to ErlangerFlorence and I can also get out to family members as far as Amelia within a half hour from Churchill My biggest complaint is three things you can only have one fourlegged pet nonaggresive breeds for dogs as by Fort Thomas rules this complex doesnt do online payments and only a few units have one utility included in the rent the rest of utilities is separate and you pay rent by cashiers check or money orders The front door and bathroom walls are very thin you can hear everyone talking outside in the foyer area and your neighbors having a get together Bathroom walls are the same but the bedroom and living room walls are fine Space is also a factor all the twobedrooms are 1000 sq ft but some of the apartments are as small as 510 sq ft practically a shoebox For the price and what you get close to everything Id recommend this complex to those that want to live by Cincinnati and are coming on their own more ... hide ...
