Do Not Rent From These People Telford is in a really terrible neighborhood that isnt getting any better Not to mention maintenance takes weeks to come and look at a problem no matter how serious And worst of all is management who constantly lie to you and try to take every dollar they can from you It took me three months to get my security deposit back because of excuse after excuse and when I did it was 125 less than what the manager promised multiple times with no explanation other than whoops There is definitely something fishy going on at Telford and I cant be more grateful that I now rent from people who arent like them Telford is either run by incompetence or crooks and neither is acceptablennJust had to make an addition to this review since the owner of the property made a comment saying every negative review was a lie They said they would pay me the full deposit back including the pet deposit which surprised me but I wasnt complaining So when he said the pet deposit was nonrefundable eventually I didnt really care but he only gave me 540 of the 590 deposit for the apartment Then when I brought up he still owned me 50 dollars he pretended like it was a mistake but never payed me back anyway After 3 months of trying to get my security deposit back I just took what I could get If you want to rent from these people you can but the rent is a little high considering the bad neighborhood and youve been warned about how management is from multiple reviews Side note if you start a business take negative reviews as room to grow and dont just call everyone a liar and then give your own business a 5 star review If the owners read this review feel free to send me that fifty bucks you owe me but not gonna hold my breath more ... hide ...

Some buildings may be ok but others are NOT They have a serious roach infestation and maintenance issues Buildings need to be rented heavily exterminated and monthly in depth inspections to keep the buildings free of bugs Tenants who cannot adhere to such policies need to be evicted immediatelynAbsolutely unlivable conditions Not ok for families
