I moved to one of the apartments in November 2021 and am very happy to call my place home sweet home All online work orders have promptly been handled and taken care of I am able to pay my rent through my tenant portal which is very convenient The staff have always been nice and answered any of my questions or issues Ive had They have made improvements since 2022-07-20T22:18:11Z
I moved to one of the apartments in November 2021 and am very happy to call my place home sweet home All online work orders have promptly been handled and taken care of I am able to pay my rent through my tenant portal which is very convenient The staff have always been nice and answered any of my questions or issues Ive had They have made improvements since my moving in and its really looking nice and homey around here There are safety factors such as surveillance cameras and security lights around the property put in place and I feel comfortable living alone There is more than plenty of parking available for tenants and guests They are pet friendly with proper vet records and a small deposit and my cat loves having a nice view of the birds outside to chatter to I enjoy living here and love having a front porch to sit outside in the evening The thing I love best is that my apartment has washer and dryer hookup so no more laundry mat I have nothing but positive things to say about living here andnstaffmaintenance and management I am glad that there is a nice place to live on a very tight disability budget Management takes pride in making sure tenants are living in a safe environment and it shows with how well the properties are kept up with the Versailles Housing Authority more ... hide ...

This place is full of bed bugs and roaches Marcy one of the managers told my old manager not to call the exterminators I lost all my belongings up here The new manager Cindy kincaid is a liar and sits on the steps smoking asks if she can smoke in ppls apartments which is unprofessional and her step son stole my rent money This place is trash Full of filth 2017-06-05T20:34:30Z
