The worst apartments ive stayed in Maintenance sucks and they dont fix broken things

There are several reasons you shouldnt move here There is no parking sometimes there is a car blocking you in so you have to find the apartment theyre in to ask them to move the car There was a homeless lady living in the laundry room So they put a lock with a code on the laundry room door but someone removed it a placed on the dryer It was like that for months after I reported the issue I have to clean the foyer stairs which are carpet because no one will My neighbor moved out and allowed someone to move in before her lease was up There was 4 women and about 5 children the apartment which is a one bedroom And they were always in and out of the apartment day and night there was no cut off time It was reported to the office several times They stayed about 2 months before the office took action Now I have a neighbor that has been without lights for about 2 months So when I open the foyer door there is a strong odor They have extension cords plug into the outlet in the foyer going into the apartment which I think is a fire hazard We were not notified that the laundry was going to be remodeled the lady in the office let me load my laundry card without telling me that I couldnt use the laundry room that was near my apartment When I called her afterwards she told me there was a note on the laundry room door I asked her why would I go to the laundry room without putting money on the card I have to insert into the machine in order to wash She told me to use the laundry room by the office which is a block away from my apartment I dont think the pest control people come around because theres always some little gray insects on the wall in my lamp or in the tub I asked for the owners number email or a 1800 number so I could let them know about all the problems The manager in the office said theres wasnt one So I decided to post this in hopes that the owner will read it Im so happy my lease is almost up more ... hide ...

The management team is the best Ive ever seen They keep the amenities clean and are always happy to help They bring a real sense of community with all the events and things they do for the residents I love living here and highly recommend it

Cheap place to live Apartments are outdated kinda dingey There are on site exercise facilities playground and a pool located on the cherry creek side which all in all seems much nicer than the olive square side unfortunately Kitchen space is severely limited in the 1 b 1 br model On the plus side the staff is very friendly and accommodating there is plenty o 2021-05-04T06:38:46Z
Cheap place to live Apartments are outdated kinda dingey There are on site exercise facilities playground and a pool located on the cherry creek side which all in all seems much nicer than the olive square side unfortunately Kitchen space is severely limited in the 1 b 1 br model On the plus side the staff is very friendly and accommodating there is plenty of room to park and I have to reiterate the price is very reasonable There is no on site laundry and the area is a little sketchy few gunshots here and there lots of run down liquor stores with good food heard stories of break ins in the past but now the police do patrol with their lights on throughout the day plus all in all seems like most people keep to themselves for the most part Right down the street from Belair elementary if you have kids with easy access to main roads like sherwood and Florida lots of good places to eat nearby and not too far from several grocery stores All in all Ive paid more to live in worse If they could modernize the units and do something about the bug problem maybe build a laundrymat on site this place would be awesome but as it is right now I cant give it more than 3 stars more ... hide ...

I had a great experience visiting park east 2 apartments My first point of contact was Ms Morgan Vallery who was kind patient and knowledgeable She helped me out a lot and I ultimately left feeling at ease Im strongly considering leasing in the future
