I am a resident of Hooper Pointe apartments The property manager Courtney is very disrespectful I tried to voice a few concerns with her and she completely disregard my concerns and proceeded to talk over me numerous times I also called her manager Mrs Minor and did not receive a call back about my concerns Maintenance requests are pointless because they have never been repaired or if its repaired it stops working again The office does not communicate properly about maintenance visits Cant wait until my lease it is up I am for sure moving out 010 would not recommend I have gotten several people to sign leases with this complex and its just very sad that they personnel working at the complex have been so rude to me more ... hide ...
