The apartments is not all that and the new manager they have now suck We move in before she was a manager so she dont know what was going on with our apartment but yet she blamed us for it Greenwood Apartments is not a good place to stay for 1 your icebox will sound like a motor when it start up and you will here that noise all day 2 Your stove will not be clean but they expect you to clean it 3 the tiles on your floor will have holes in it and your carpet will have stains in it and they will get on you for that 4 your cabinets will be nasty in the inside and your counter will not be in the wall right it will be coming from the wall like they just stuck it up their and called it a day5 the top of your counter will be stained up and have holes in it6 they check your microwave like it came with the apartment so you have to keep it clean but dont no microwave come with these apartments If your blinds or broke they will charge you 35 when you can get them for a cheap price out the store and if your window brakes they will charge you 250 for it when you can get it for cheap at glass service for 25 Then for espection the manager dont check all the apartments she only check 3 apartments in the back and she dont check none of the apartments in the front Please do not waste your time by coming to stay in Greenwood Apartments because its not worth it baby keep your money in your pocket every manger they hire be black and ghetto and thank they know it all Remember nothing in your apartment will be brand spanky new but they will try to make it seem like it was brand new when you moved in they act like these apartments is A1 but there not they are horrible and so is the manager more ... hide ...

Very mice apartments spacious lots of storage space unfortunately the maintanence of the appliances if they go out is unacceptable Multiple work orders place and only 1 time has something been looked at an was told someone else would have to come to replace it thats certified yet no one has been back an its still broke

My Mom lives here and these apartments are awesome They are very well managed by Mrs Brenda All of the tenants around my Mom seem to care about each and they visit The healthier ones take others to their appointments or to run errands Its a great place for the elderly
