we paid the rent but continuously got notes on our door about it not being paid and we need to be out in five daysoh and if you think you are in a place where maintenance will do there job do think again countless times requests have been sent about things not fixed in the house and never get a response or they come in look and dont come back another issue is jerri thinks its okay to talk to kids like there adults oh and also make sure she doesnt spread your business cause shes bad about that too and the pool is never cold always hot and barely cleaned if you are thinking about living here its really not worth it its a constant hell hole if its not one thing its another and honestly the problem isnt the complex itself its the manager jerri breaux who sure thinks shes hot stuff because she cant do her job shes in need of a reality check oh and just in case the dryer in b4 is broken hopefully yall actually fix it before more people move in and as you said normally being evicted is because of non payment the rent was paid sorry you cant keep up with money cause how many times did we have to bring receipts to you to prove we paid lol you definitely and the apartment complex are a piece of work oh and on the lease its guaranteed wifi but the first 2 years we lived here there was no WiFi so please make some changes to you and the complex May god bless all more ... hide ...

I visited a friend from college and I was appalled by the presence of the apartment complex community The swimming pool was horrible and unsanitary it was covered in Black water My friend toilet started backing up and human fesces started coming up the bath tub I was so disgusted by the manager response to her that it was not a emergency and she needed a work order I was like really she has a infant in here The trash around the dumpster can was overflowing and all on the grounds I literally had to stay a extra day to see if someone would come see about her apartment and still no luck I have never been in or around a community environment with so many flaws People have posters up selling food out of the apartmentnnI tried to convince my friend to report the complex manager and she was afraid to talk to anyone because she is a single mother with 2 kids And didnt have the means to relocate so she said she would wait until the manager could send someone more ... hide ...
