DONT GET TRAPPED IN A LEASEnApartments of this quality should be month to month Wish I could give 05 I lived at le manns on n 33rd street for 4 months My first month August 2018 we didnt have working air or a working refrigerator My refrigerator was full of nats no matter how much bleach vinegar or baking soda I used like they KEPT telling me to do They fixed my fridge and 24 hours later my food spoiled I have a 8 year old and an autistic 5 year old and theres been a broken window in their room since we moved in Its winter December 10 2018 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE WORKING HEAT They have no smoke detectors and have RATS THAT THEY ARE AWARE OF OF COURSE THEY DONT TELL YOU THEY HAVE RATS AND WHEN I SAID I WANTED OUT MY LEASE THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD SUE ME FOR MY RENT FOR MY 6 MONTHS LEASE AND THE RATS ARE MY RESPONSIBILITY TO GET RID OF RATS THAT COME FROM YOUR STOVE TOP And last but not least they have maintenance men that will cuss you out and tell you now Ill get to you when I feel like it There were witnesses to this and all of the things listed above Ive called the fire marshal the health department and they send maintenance out to do just enough to get by I pray for anyone who doesnt properly research these peoples properly cuz they have several If you on a budget try cottonland villa apartments or bentwood terrace apartments they are the same price and livable I just wanted to voice my experience and hope that it helps someone in the future more ... hide ...
