The management staff is unprofessional and scammers The upkeep of the property in regards to cleanliness is awful Management enters your home sometimes without a notice When ask why you didnt receive a notice you are told that they forgot to inform the tenants or they put a notice out the same day or later once they have already entered Resident concerns are 2021-10-04T17:23:15Z
The management staff is unprofessional and scammers The upkeep of the property in regards to cleanliness is awful Management enters your home sometimes without a notice When ask why you didnt receive a notice you are told that they forgot to inform the tenants or they put a notice out the same day or later once they have already entered Resident concerns are ignored There should be some sort of checks and balances on management They will ask you to backdate and sign a lease if they are being audited when they have made an error on their end They will overcharge your rent and not inform you So you end up paying more than you were suppose to and they not tell you There is a high turnover for security officers I would not refer this property to anyone who wants to have a decent place to live more ... hide ...

I dont live here and I probably never will I called to make an appointment to view the units but was put on hold as soon as I asked about the cost of rent I was on hold for about two minutes before they ended the phone callnnI called back and a different person picked up the phone They asked who I spoke to and when told that I wasnt given a name I was put on 2021-03-17T15:03:48Z
