Ive lived at the Willows for one year and my experience has been mostly positive There are frequent community events and the managementmaintenance team is responsivennParking is good but the Willows residents have to park under trees so expect bird poop on your car Also there have been some car breakins in the areannThe gyms are well kept and theres enough equipment there for people that have standard workout routines although I wish they had an elliptical for use Ive went for runs along the sidewalks during the day and Ive never had a problemnnThe only issues Ive had are dealing with pests My apartment is located near the small river and Ive had an ant infestation as well as a gnat infestation during the warmer months I was able to get it under control but its still frustrating to deal withnnI chose this complex because of the price and proximity to Barksdale and Ill continue to stay here as long as Im stationed in the areannIt sucks that the rent is going up but its still the best location for the money more ... hide ...

The rent is cheap they do regular inspection and make sure everything is fixed

This place is horrible and once you move regardless you will not get deposit back I just moved from there my place was spotless clean no damage or nothing and I still havent received my deposit its been 3mths now

Worst apartments ever They do not fix things on time you have to either fix it yourself or just wait Dont waste your money on these apartments It doesnt even deserve 1 star but it made me put one star to post this
