Whomever the management company is should be ashamed of themselves Maintenance never comes to fix anything unless its an emergency The only thing they fixer was my ac I still have a cabinet door hanging off the hinges and a small child that lives here and could hurt herself on it The shower doesnt work the water pressure is very low and now my toilet constantly runs when with a full bowl on top and my water bill has increased 40 dollars Now if I stopped paying rent I would be wrong but them not fixing issues in a timely manner is just sad I previously worked for a section 8 property that always made sure maintenance took care of all issues reported within a week if possible but would always come check the issue in case parts needed to be ordered The property manager is nice but I do understand their is only so much she can do The blame falls on the management company and the owners of this property more ... hide ...

The manager Yolanda Johnson is a wolve in sheep clothing She terminated my lease without reason I never had company my kids were respectful but the neighbor next door was petty and had no life so she would do things to build a case which resulted in me being almost homeless My deposit was 64500 She kept my deposit and had kther to get even more which was 600 2017-10-25T06:05:17Z
The manager Yolanda Johnson is a wolve in sheep clothing She terminated my lease without reason I never had company my kids were respectful but the neighbor next door was petty and had no life so she would do things to build a case which resulted in me being almost homeless My deposit was 64500 She kept my deposit and had kther to get even more which was 6000 in damages There were no damages and me and 4 of my friends cleaned the home as if there was no tomorrow I even called a meeting when a note was left on my door that weekend informing me that my lease was being terminated The meeting started on a softer note which from her became a screaming match Little did she know i recorded everything I did call her out of her name after she asked me to leave because i was asking her questions that obviously made her uncomfortable She then said in the release letter that i verbally abused her I can go on and on but you would think being that she and i practically lived next door only 2 houses down that she would have been cordial and even more compassionate She was the devil Her personality upon meeting her should have set the tone but i believe on giving everyone a fair chance Just pure evil Be very careful and proceed with caution or you too can become homeless dealing with this wicked witch more ... hide ...
