These apartments seem to be poorly managed You can never get anyone on the phone or in the office let alone have someone to return your calls I have been trying to get a hold of someone here for 2 months now I have been trying to see about getting an apartment there for my senior mother and I know for a fact that they have a few vacant units there and from m 2021-09-23T19:06:40Z
These apartments seem to be poorly managed You can never get anyone on the phone or in the office let alone have someone to return your calls I have been trying to get a hold of someone here for 2 months now I have been trying to see about getting an apartment there for my senior mother and I know for a fact that they have a few vacant units there and from my understanding they are having trouble getting someone to do the necessary repairs My brother which is in construction and remodeling was able to catch a lady there once about a month ago and even offered to do the repairs him self and was refused So can someone please tell me whats going on with this complex Maybe I can reach out to the News channels to help get some answers more ... hide ...

Worst place on earth I wouldnt make my worst enemy live hereits dirtyno one changed the carpet or painted before I moved into my apartment the landlords Becky and Penny are rude and get off on harassing everyone they turn the water hoses off in the summer so you cant water your gardens they send everyone snide notes telling them not to gossip about them they inspect everyones apartment monthly sometimes two or three times a month harassment and if they arent 100 percent up to their insanely high standards they will evict you This place is a hell hole If my mother hadnt moved in here and needed care I wouldnt have moved in here fortunately she died and now I can get the hell out of here If you have your choice go to Blanchard seniors 1 or 2which are owned by other people but dont come here These people are rude mean and insane You couldnt pay me to live here again more ... hide ...

I really really dont think this is a safe place for anyone to be I only go to these apartments to pick up my grand daughter reason being every time I pull up in the parking lot its young men staying around with guns in there hands I really hate that they are living over there but her mom chose to stay over there maybe because they are income based apartme 2021-11-02T18:37:12Z
