It has been really disappointing living here One thing you need to know is how noisy it is Between construction college kids drunkenly yelling and children running through the hallways there is a lot going on and management doesnt really care Construction starts before 730 am and continues throughout the day think hammering drilling yellingnnThere is a lot wrong within the apartments themselves it was finished very quickly Fresh coat of dust and sand when I get home everydaynnThey are not helpful and take months to fix things because they bit off more than they can chew Our dishwasher broke within the first few weeks and they only just repaired it a few months ago We know a few other residents who have had heater issues since they moved in and it hasnt been resolvednnThe promise of a rooftop pool and bar We havent even been given access and it wont be necessarily for residents itll be for the hotelnnAll I am saying is If youre going to pay this much for an apartment then spend the money elsewhere Go to the mills in Saco or Portland Its not worth it and something will constantly be wrong or you wont be able to have a quiet morning more ... hide ...
