As a former tenant at Hillcrest I was very impressed with the housing staff and their willingness to work with all their tenants I know they have a couple of negative reviews but I feel they are unwarranted The reason they want a place cleaned out is so that they can inspect fix anything they need to and allow the next person in their waiting list to have a
