My Dad and Uncle have lived here for 5 years it is a beautiful environment and well managed property I highly recommended it for everyone who enjoys a relaxing friendly atmosphere

UPDATE 1021SO WHY IS THE TRUCK WITH NO TAGS STILL IN PARKING LOT Also trees have fallen 3 wks ago and still have not cleaned uprwsidents can not even walk around to back of the propertyTERRIBLE Original review was 8 months ago I thought this place was so nice when my relative first moved in there But over the past year that has changed 1st offthey have very limited visitors spots ans they have had a yukon truck with no tags in one of them for over 6 MONTHS now People have told office staff and they have done nothing 2nd thingoffice staff not hardly in and hard to get a hold of and lack in getting back to the residentsalso office staff not friendly at all 3rd community room barley open and now they limited laundry room hoursand can only use 8 to 4 mon thru friand wkends completely closed Only have 3 washers and 4 dryers yet many residents live here so not easy for all of them to get laundry done 4ththey took alot of their chairs out in lobby area This is a senior apt building and they need places to sit when waiting on rides and such 5th elevator they only have 1 and has broke down several times in past year So people who use walkers or have trouble walking are then confined and cant get out 6thsupposed to be smoke free inside yet its not Residents smoke in apts and you can smell in hallwayswhat about elderly who are on oxygenThis place is not cheap at allmy mortgage cheaper then their 1 bedroom apts and they hike up every yeari know several who have had to move They pay all this money and for what This place has gone down hill more ... hide ...

Loved living at north Barclay green ducked off back parking are very clean not infested just didnt care for the smart ass manager of phase 3 and neighbors on top of me also got sick of carry groceries up on elevator but everything was good definitely recommend to live there
