Ive worked with the Hillside staff and management as a vendor for some time and have found them to be some of the most personable professional and attentive people that Ive worked with As the owner of a moving company I am often called upon to assist with resident transfer and relocation when there are issues with a particular unit Beneka Flowers the property manager has always been patient and respectful of my time as a small business owner That said her primary concern has always been the comfort and satisfaction of her residents Her insistence on being present and available for every move even though it isnt necessary demonstrates a level of personal investment and accountability that I rarely see in my line of work I would highly recommend this property I have had nothing but good experiences and pleasant interactions with staff and management as a vendor And from what Ive witnessed this attitude extends to the residents as well 5 stars more ... hide ...

I visited my loved one at this place and the receptionist on the desk was very rude and disrespectful In fact after my sister talked to him about his behavior he lied and had the audacity to tell her that I could not come to visit her as if he was the manger and owned the building I reached out to the manger and never received a return call at all

This is the worst place to live like they literally dont keep up with your paper work or staff Each month a tenant is filling out leasing information

When my mother first moved inlp it was a senior citizen building nothing but senior citizen now its mix population and the young is taking over and the ones that hang in the lobby just talks about everyonei try my best to stay to myself mind my business and keep rolling
