The property manager has a very nasty unpleasant and unprofessional demeanor She should not be allowed to work with people Shes not approachable at all Corporate office really need to reevaluate her as a manager and consider someone who is more pleasant and professional

This place is horrible I have been living here for3 years I COULD NOT BE MORE serious PLEASE stay away for your own good my apartment been leaking for 3 years they dont coke fix any problems my pipes burst over 15 times the ceiling fell on me I was living in a mold infestation everything got damaged due to water and mold and floods I HAVE PICTURES AND everyt 2018-10-18T19:27:22Z

The company that runs this organization has multiple sites and they dont run the business cohesively Once I was contacted over the phone I updated my address the clerk and was told to turn in a few pieces of information After waiting for the information in the mail I contacted the company back to confirm everything and I was told that they gave my space away 2019-07-16T21:25:23Z
The company that runs this organization has multiple sites and they dont run the business cohesively Once I was contacted over the phone I updated my address the clerk and was told to turn in a few pieces of information After waiting for the information in the mail I contacted the company back to confirm everything and I was told that they gave my space away To make a long story short I was given different information from two different sites under this one company the NJ site and the Maryland druidhill site As a result I missed out on the opportunity for an income based apartment On top of that the clerk I spoke with that broke the news to me showed a lack of compassion When asked if they had any other openings at any other sites she told me No I have people calling everyday If you wanted to apartment you wouldve called in more All I can do is put you back on the waiting list Despite my frustration I agreed to be placed back on the waiting list I later called many and left messages to be contacted back by a manager and I was never contacted back I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone IF YOURE READING THIS GO ELSEWHERE more ... hide ...
