This place is a dump I had to give it a star to write a comment that it Ive gone to battle with the leasing manager whos unprofessional Who loses documents Lie on your recertification agreement and the Edgewood management dont give a damn about there tenants My house and others are falling apart They only change your appliances if a tenant is moving out Ive been here for 3 yrs and Im not staying another yr Ive asked for my house to be sprayed last summer to remove the moss from the tree pollen and its still there My sink faucet spray is broken and put in a ticket 2 months ago My daughter is PTSD and the management still havent confirmed her paperwork and that was 3 months ago And I email them for verification proof If you NEED A PLACE TO STAY then by all means but DONT HAVE THIS PLACE BE YOUR START OFF home Its a waste and youll regret it more ... hide ...

My family has put in a service request 5202022 before 200pm for my 83 year old great grandmother to have her AC Unit to either be fixed or replace Today of all days where it is 90 degrees outside and my great grandmother has been living at St Paul for 20 years They gave her a window of 2pm4pm and no one showed up I am sure that there are maintenance requests 2022-05-21T01:32:42Z
My family has put in a service request 5202022 before 200pm for my 83 year old great grandmother to have her AC Unit to either be fixed or replace Today of all days where it is 90 degrees outside and my great grandmother has been living at St Paul for 20 years They gave her a window of 2pm4pm and no one showed up I am sure that there are maintenance requests that were on the list prior to hers but any request regarding AC for ANYONE not just my greatgrandmother should take precedence on a day like today This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptablennUPDATE 5202022 932pm We never received a status update of their ETA but after several phone calls to management and front desk they DID arrive after 5pm to install her AC unit The Google system wouldnt let me delete this comment but I wouldnt mind changing the stars from 1 to a 2 or maybe a 3 A 3 may be pushing it because this is not the first encounter where we had to call back to back to get services rendered for my greatgrandmother These services include getting her stove upgraded her microwave fixed carpet replaced etc Again she has been here for 20 years more ... hide ...
